Launched in 2016 our program blends comprehensive academics with real-world experience, creating a dynamic learning environment that prepares students for success both in higher education and their future careers.
Who We Are Looking For
Our elite program is specifically designed for ambitious 11th and 12th-grade students with a keen interest in business or science. Each year, we accept up to 60 new students—30 in business and 30 in science—who are eager to commit to an enriching two-year experience that combines academic rigor with practical application.

By blending theoretical learning in the classroom with hands-on, real-world business experience, we equip students with the skills and experience they need to excel in post secondary and beyond. One of our cornerstone projects for our business students is our in-house business lab - the RHSS Merchandise Shop. This student-led venture not only supports school spirit through selling branded school merchandise – it also gives our business students the opportunity to experience multiple aspects of entrepreneurship – from design and production, to marketing, promotion, management and accounting.

University-Level Opportunities
Through our strategic partnership with Corpus Christi College, we offer our Grade 12 students the chance to earn university credits by enrolling in a first-year university English course taught on our campus. This collaboration not only enhances academic profiles but also gives our students a significant advantage in the competitive university admission process.
